Jill Maki
Client Experience and Operations Manager
Since April 2019 Jill has served as the Client Experience and Operations Manager. In this position, Jill helps retain and improve our clients' experience through event planning, account administration, and coordinating client reviews. She holds a BA and Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania.
Jill is the co-captain of a cycling team that supports local cancer charity events such as the American Cancer Society Bridge to Beach ride and Chester County Cancer Challenge ride. Off the bike, she enjoys spending time with her three adult daughters, Caroline, Catherine, and Victoria.
